MJM Online began by selling products on other websites. We decided to offer our products to a broader audience, so we branched out and started this e-commerce store. After many years of working in retail, we decided to take our knowledge and experience and become our own boss. We are strictly an on-line business, family owned and operated. Return Policy

Custom Orders, such as Billard Lights are not returnable, as these are custom and made to order. Each fixure is unique and made just for you when you place the order, because these items are custom they are not returnable. If, there are manufacturering defects or errors we will be sure to get those corrected.

Refunds will be credited to the account used for purchase based on the following guidelines:

Product must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all accessories and complete manufacturer documentation. Do not write on boxes, product must be in saleable condition, and return paperwork nees to be placed in side the box. All returns will be inspected, if item is not in new saleable condition refunds may be refused. Incomplete returns will delay your refund.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship the item back. You must print the RAN on the shipping label. Failure to place RAN on the shipping label will delay your refund. Please use the Email Form below to obtain a RAN.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns received within 21 days of purchase. Customer must pay the shipping cost back. Shipping fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances for ordering mistakes or non-defective items. Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment, we do not pay return shipping. Original shipping charges will be deducted from purchase price when processing your return. When we receive the item your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price less the cost of original shipping and the 15% restocking fee.

MJM Online will not accept any return merchandise after 21 days from original ship date.

Defective merchandise may be returned for warranty replacement within 21 days of original shipment and MJM Online will pay for the return. After 21 days, buyer must contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

MJM Online will pay standard shipping on defective returned items. Our distributor does not support this, but we feel it is part of good customer relations.



Damaged Goods Information

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. If the shipping carton appears to be damaged refuse the delivery and immediately complete the contact form, and place Damaged Goods in subject line. to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged: Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

All Water Fountains, Ceiling Fans, Air Purifiers, Humidifiers and Filters are sent out, via FedEx Ground. If you would like expedited delivery, please contact us for a quote.

All Lithium Batteries are sent out via First Class Mail, for expedited delivery please contact us

All orders outside the continental US (AK, HI, and PR)have different options, please contact us for shipping quote.
